Info on Your Account

I'm having technical difficulties.

If you're having trouble logging into Animal Jam, or are experiencing other technical difficulties, we suggest you try closing your internet browser, then reopening it and logging back into Animal Jam to see if that helps. If not, please ask your parents to help you follow these steps:
1. Due to frequent updates to add cool new things to the world, sometimes players have to update their Adobe Flash player to see everything correctly. So, we recommend that you make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. This is particularly helpful if loading the game results in a black or grey screen, or if the loading screen sticks at a certain point.  You can visit the Adobe website at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to download the latest version. Once the file is downloaded, double-click it to start the installation.  You will need to completely exit your browser.   After that is done, reopen your browser and try logging in to Animal Jam again.
2. Sometimes, playing Animal Jam in a different internet browser can help. For example, if you regularly use Internet Explorer, you can try using Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox instead.
3. If these steps don't resolve your issue, try uninstalling, then reinstalling Adobe Flash.

We'll look into this right away!
